Exchange and Returns Policy

Initiate Exchange within 7 Days:
Identify any faults in production such as stitching, cut, or color within 7 days of receiving the product.

Create a Video for Assessment:
Make a concise video showcasing the product’s fault with proper visibility.

Share the video via WhatsApp to the provided number for assessment.

Verification Process:
Our team will thoroughly review the video to validate the reported faults.
If the fault is confirmed, proceed to the next step.

Return the Product:
Once the fault is verified, pack the product securely for return.

Dispatch the product through a reliable courier service, and provide the following details:

  • Name of courier service
  • Date of dispatch
  • POD (Proof of Delivery) number
  • Probable receiving date
  • Product Replacement

Upon receiving the faulty product, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product.

If the exact product is unavailable, choose an alternative product of equal or lesser value.

Credit for Price Difference:

  • If a lower-priced product is selected, the price difference becomes a credit.
  • Enjoy the credit on your account for the next 6 months.

Payment for Higher Priced Products:
If the selected product is of higher value, pay the balance amount on the spot.

Entire Process within 15 Days:
The entire exchange process should be completed within 15 days from the date of initiating the exchange.

Ensure the video clearly highlights the reported faults to expedite the verification process. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers.
